Leading global retail lighting specialist, BÄ.RO Lighting has hailed the 2008 Euroshop show the best ever, coinciding with a record breaking year for the company, despite a highly competitive market. Held every three years in Dusseldorf, BÄ.RO makes this trade fair a main event in its exhibiting calendar, inviting and hosting many international clients in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The BÄ.RO stand this year was bigger and better than ever too and it was made evident that BÄ.RO is unshakeable in its position as the retail lighting market leader and innovator. Set over two floors, the stand welcomed a non-stop flow of visitors from all over the world who were treated to demonstrations of the latest in retail lighting technology, creating a real buzz in the retail lighting exhibition centre. Highlights of the show included BÄ.RO’s launch of its decorative LED fixture and its Hydra fixture. The recent trend towards energy saving lighting continued at the show and BÄ.RO was pleased to put the spotlight on its Batwing solution that has proven itself to be an effective and economic lighting solution for retailing applications across the globe. Terry Byrne, Director, commented, “BÄ.RO always exhibits at Euroshop as it is THE international trade fair. Most of our UK & Ireland retail clients and their design partners came to see us and it was the perfect opportunity to strengthen relationships whilst sharing hospitality in such a convivial environment. “The BÄ.RO stand stood out from the rest due to its open design, informal and friendly atmosphere and its practical, hands-on approach to showcasing its products.” Sales for the Company have hit an all time high in early 2008 and whilst Euroshop always delivers new business, it is not the only factor contributing to the success of the company.
